Position: IT Project Manager (6-Month Contract)
Location: The Tara Building Chaengwattana Bangkok (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months with possible extension)
Industry: Logistics / Warehouse / IT Solutions
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: Up to 110000 THB/month (negotiable for strong candidates)
Client Note: Due to team dynamics female candidates are preferred for this position.
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced IT Project Manager to join a leading enterprise team on a 6-month contract focusing on digital and IT transformation initiatives within a warehouse and logistics environment. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in project management and a deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes. You will be based 100% onsite at a central Bangkok location working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning execution monitoring and closure stages

Manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams

Ensure IT systems align with business needs related to warehouse activities such as inventory management order fulfillment and distribution

Apply strong knowledge of logistics workflows to support solution implementation

Monitor project scope schedules costs risks and quality control

Facilitate project meetings status reports and agile ceremonies (if applicable)

Collaborate with developers QA teams and operations to ensure smooth rollout

Maintain detailed documentation status tracking and issue/risk logs

Ensure continuous communication across all levels of the organization
Requirements

Bachelors degree in IT Business Logistics or related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in project management with at least 23 years in warehouse/logistics-related IT projects

Proven ability to manage digital or IT transformation projects end-to-end

Solid understanding of warehouse systems and logistics business processes

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in Thai and good command of English

Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies

Project Management certifications (PMP PRINCE2 or Scrum Master) are a plus

Able to work 100% onsite at The Tara Building Chaengwattana
