About the Role
Reporting into the broader Business Development team the successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to:
- Support and maintain client relationships with government agencies contractors and consultants
- Assist in identifying and tracking upcoming project opportunities
- Coordinate bid and tender processes ensuring timely submissions and internal collaboration
- Represent the business at industry events and client forums
- Contribute to market research and reporting to support strategic growth
What You Bring
- Experience in business development client engagement or commercial support roles within rail civil construction or infrastructure
- Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Queenslands rail infrastructure sector and key clients is highly regarded
