We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Madison WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and assisting customers with their account-related needs. This is a key role that requires strong communication organizational skills and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy
Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Assist in onboarding new clients and providing support throughout the account lifecycle
Monitor account status track changes and recommend improvements
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing consistent proactive service
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred
12 years of experience in customer service or account management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
