Key Account Manager - IT Solutions

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 15 years of expertise in managing high-value client relationships across Mumbai/Delhi. The role involves driving revenue growth by nurturing long-term partnerships understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strong trust-based relationships with key clients.

  • Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams.

  • Identify and deliver customized solutions aligned with client goals.

  • Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales marketing logistics).

  • Drive upselling renewals and new business opportunities.

  • Monitor account health and prepare reports on growth and risks.

  • Negotiate and manage contracts ensuring timely deliverables.

Key Skills

  • Client Relationship Management Ability to build and retain strategic client partnerships.

  • B2B Sales & Negotiation Strong experience in managing large deals and client contracts.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate effectively across internal departments.

  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting Skilled in tracking performance and delivering insights.

  • Communication Skills Clear persuasive and fluent in English (and other languages preferred).

  • CRM & Tools Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.

  • Problem Solving Solution-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.
