We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager with 15 years of expertise in managing high-value client relationships across Mumbai/Delhi. The role involves driving revenue growth by nurturing long-term partnerships understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage strong trust-based relationships with key clients.
Act as the single point of contact between clients and internal teams.
Identify and deliver customized solutions aligned with client goals.
Resolve client issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales marketing logistics).
Drive upselling renewals and new business opportunities.
Monitor account health and prepare reports on growth and risks.
Negotiate and manage contracts ensuring timely deliverables.
Key Skills
Client Relationship Management Ability to build and retain strategic client partnerships.
B2B Sales & Negotiation Strong experience in managing large deals and client contracts.
Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate effectively across internal departments.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting Skilled in tracking performance and delivering insights.
Communication Skills Clear persuasive and fluent in English (and other languages preferred).
CRM & Tools Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
Problem Solving Solution-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.
