Job Description:
A Call Center Agent is the frontline representative who handles inbound and outbound calls to support customers resolve issues and provide information in a courteous and efficient manner. At Style Netbox our Call Center Agents play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting our marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs or campaign objectives

  • Provide accurate information about services promotions or client campaigns

  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department

  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions

  • Meet performance targets including call quality response time and satisfaction ratings

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable using computer systems and call center software

  • Professional empathetic and solution-oriented attitude
