Job Description:
A Call Center Agent is the frontline representative who handles inbound and outbound calls to support customers resolve issues and provide information in a courteous and efficient manner. At Style Netbox our Call Center Agents play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer needs or campaign objectives
Provide accurate information about services promotions or client campaigns
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department
Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
Meet performance targets including call quality response time and satisfaction ratings
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computer systems and call center software
Professional empathetic and solution-oriented attitude
