As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers assisting them via phone chat and email. Your goal will be to provide top-quality service answer inquiries and ensure customers have the best experience possible.
Assist customers professionally via phone email and chat
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information
Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
Keep records of customer interactions and update the system
Work closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
Fluency in Slovak (written & spoken)
Good command of English
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (MS Office CRM software etc.)
Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset
Full-time position with flexible shifts (08:00 22:00 Monday Sunday)
