Your Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist youll provide friendly and efficient assistance to airline passengers via phone and email:
- Help with flight reservations ticket changes cancellations
- Provide information about flight availability pricing and services
- Resolve customer issues with patience professionalism and empathy
- Work with ticketing systems and internal tools
- Deliver excellent customer service that makes a difference
Qualifications :
What You Need:
- German (B2 or higher) written and spoken
- English (B2 or higher) written and spoken
- Strong communication and customer care skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work from home with self-discipline and reliability
