Role: Assistant Manager Fundraising Mumbai
Experience: 3 years
Salary: 8-11 LPA
Responsibilities: The role includes the following KRAs (key result areas):
A. Donor EngagementRelationship Management & Renewals
- Support and gradually directly manage institutional funding partnerships
- Manage routine reporting regular donor comms volunteering donor field visits audits
- Implement efficient systems to ensure funding partnerships meet full potential i.e. engagement volunteering funding opportunities round the year
- Keep up to date on Plans (MoUs) i.e. program progress utilization of funds allocations and alignment of donor partners on reallocations if needed with apt logical reasoning and analysis
- Be responsible for maintaining and grow these funding relationships year on year (renewals) project after project or alongside and multi-year commitments
B. Internal Stakeholder Management
- Work with the Manager internal teams: Program Heads / Geography Heads and their teams Finance Monitoring & Evaluation to ensure effective donor communication
- Work with implementation teams on budgets and costing structure changes for donors
- Support Communications team with information external comms requirements for social media posts donor-specific campaigns donor events etc.
C. Knowledge Mgt. & Process Improvement
- Maintain & update trackers for funding and records for MOUs Proposals and databases
- Ensure reporting to donors is accurate transparent and timely
- Ability to understand and analyse costs / budgets and question program spends proposed for funding
Experience and Qualifications: Prefer candidates who possess the following:
Total work experience:
- 3 years -graduates / post graduates preferably in similar fields.
- Experience in grant management donor engagement key account management
- Program or Donor Engagement experience in the social development space (Corporate Foundations NGOs / Not for Profit / Social Implementation Partners)
- OR - Corporate experience in hospitality/media/ BFSI / KPO in a BD /sales / relationship mgt. role
- Skilled in data analytics and consulting
- Exposure to MS Office (Excel Word PPT) and basic number crunching would be of value
