We are seeking a Communications Representative to join our expanding team. This role will be responsible for supporting and executing internal and external communications strategies ensuring consistent messaging and fostering strong relationships with partners clients and team members. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented communicator with a passion for clarity storytelling and brand voice.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver internal communications to align staff with organizational goals
Draft edit and proofread company communications press materials and presentations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging
Assist in organizing company meetings events and public appearances
Monitor and respond to inquiries from stakeholders partners and vendors
Maintain and update communication documents reports and content calendars
Support crisis communication efforts and policy compliance
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or related role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with business communications tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Workspace)
Problem-solving mindset and a collaborative attitude
