The ADA Administrator serves as the Companys central intake for employment matters relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as amended and requests for accommodation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to):
- Maintains a record of all disability and related accommodation matters and the resolution for each.
- Assists with the development and implementation of internal measures and/or report(s) which inform the Company of the status of ADA matters.
- Interfaces with the LOA Administrator to ensure accurate reporting of employees on ADA leave at any given time.
- Communicates directly with all levels of management to the status of accommodation requests and facilitates/administer the resolution of employee requests for accommodation.
- Must use sound judgment and personal initiative
- Must maintain objectivity
- Must maintain confidentiality of personnel information according to the standards of the Privacy Act.
Qualifications :
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have at least 1 years experience in Human Resources Labor Relations or FMLA Administration.
- The ability to fluently speak read and write English.
- The ability to fluently speak read and write Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
