Search & Marketing Optimization Manager

As a Search & Marketing Optimization Manager you will be responsible for driving and implementing search and optimization across our own assets and beyond. You will be working as part of Central Europe area digital acquisition team and closely to global team end market online & offline activation team to create comprehensive digital & offline campaign management on search & acquisition.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with category paid media and offline team in the alignment of brand campaign and media campaign execution
• Supporting e-com offline activation and business development team for any business support needed to be performed in own assets or beyond.
• Collaborating with Strategy Planning and Insight in each end market to identify the consumer insights that needed for search and online acquisition
• Coordinating with creative agencies and offline activation team to ensure proper development is aligned with overall online & offline activities.
• You will be responsible to delivering online activities to improve consumer disposition funnel and brand equity to sustain the growth and competitiveness.
• You will coordinate the end market ensuring proposals and execution (especially for search and acquisition strategy) are within brief given and contribute to fact-based decision making through the clear measurement and evaluation with clear recommendation for action post implementation reviews.

What are we looking for

• 7 years of SEO experience in FMCG ideally with some background in lifestyle or ground-breaking categories
• Category/shopper marketing or e-com experience definitely a plus!
• Experience in implementing integrated marketing campaigns with search
• Strong analytic and conceptual skills along with creative thinking
• Project management experience
• Familiar with paid media AI Overviews impact on SEO digital deployment campaign online community management support on conversion funnel.
• Good understanding of the consumer funnel (awareness consideration trial and active users) and what is search impact towards those.
