We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Facilities Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth and efficient operation of our offices based in Athens. This role is key to maintaining a safe efficient and welcoming environment for our people and visitors.
Please note that the working model for this position is on-site.

Your job description:
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Athens buildings.
Inspect facilities to identify the need for repairs or renovations.
Supervise and coordinate third-party vendors (e.g. facility management cleaning pest control canteen Gym etc) to ensure service quality and compliance with contractual obligations.
Plan manage and oversee building projects renovations or refurbishments (across PwC Greece offices if needed).
Prepare and manage documentation related to building projects (e.g. presentations spreadsheets reports).
Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs.
Ensure compliance with government regulations LEED WELL Health & Safety and environmental standards (ISO) etc.
Maintain up-to-date records for building regulations and ensure readiness for inspections by relevant authorities.
Evaluate service performance against standards and propose improvements.

What you bring to the team:
Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role is considered an asset.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
Familiar with MS Office.
Familiarity with office management procedures and attention to detail.
A university degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Business Administration Facilities Management) is considered an asset.
Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
