In this dynamic environment we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Facilities Coordinator Associate to join our Infrastructure team in Athens.

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Athens building

  • Inspect facilities to identify the need for repairs or renovations

  • Supervise and coordinate third-party vendors (e.g. facility management cleaning pest control canteen Gym etc) to ensure service quality and compliance with contractual obligations

  • Plan manage and oversee building projects renovations or refurbishments (across PwC Greece offices if needed)

  • Prepare and manage documentation related to building projects (e.g. presentations spreadsheets reports)

  • Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs

  • Ensure compliance with government regulations LEED WELL Health & Safety and environmental standards (ISO) etc.

  • Maintain up-to-date records for building regulations and ensure readiness for inspections by relevant authorities

  • Evaluate service performance against standards and propose improvements

What you bring matters

  • Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Business Administration Facilities Management) is considered an asset

  • Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role is considered an asset

  • Familiar with MS Office

  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with office management procedures and attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
