What Youll Do
Drive service delivery excellence across infrastructure and workplace services partnering with engineers vendors and business stakeholders to optimize every tech touchpoint. Youll lead virtual workplace initiatives resolve high-impact incidents manage vendor relationships and use data-driven insights to continuously improve our service delivery. From developing personalized employee tech journeys to fostering innovation culture youll shape how technology enables our people to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Liaise between business technical teams and external vendors to ensure clear communication technology adoption and alignment with company objectives.
Employee Experience: Support personalized tech journeys optimize customer touchpoints with clear SLAs manage service delivery across Infrastructure and Workplace Services and maintain RTB data insights.
Operations & Planning: Drive operational excellence through data and KPIs lead workplace initiatives develop scalable processes participate in work management ceremonies and support capacity planning and forecasting.
Project Support: Collaborate on requirements gathering support project management activities including planning and monitoring and ensure sprint outputs align with project deliverables.
Culture & Improvement: Foster innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring timely resolution of high-impact incidents and issues.
Qualifications :
What You Bring
5 years in business analysis with proven delivery leadership experience including matrix team management. Youre skilled with Jira and project management tools excel at stakeholder relationships and have a track record of developing repeatable processes. Most importantly youre proactive detail-oriented and passionate about building collaborative environments where teams achieve ambitious goals.
