Job Description
Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Amravati
CTC: 14–15 LPA
Industry: Banking / Financial Services
Key Responsibilities:
-
Drive business for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market sourcing channels.

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and customer base in the assigned territory.
-
Identify potential customers through market intelligence and build strong referral networks.
-
Ensure adherence to credit and risk guidelines while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
-
Regularly track team performance provide coaching and ensure productivity and motivation levels are maintained.
-
Collaborate with credit operations and legal teams for smooth end-to-end processing.
Candidate Requirements:
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP products.
-
At least 6 years of experience in team handling.
-
Strong knowledge of open market sales (no DSA/connector support).
-
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the mortgage space.
-
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to lead motivate and develop a high-performing team.
