Job Description

Joining us means you will be part of an extraordinary and exciting company! Youre a key team player reporting to the General Manager and collaborating closely with the rest of the restaurant team. Youre involved in many aspects of the restaurant which means youll be a cut above the rest. Youll learn our sought after set of systems and procedures while working closely with your FOH and BOH Teams. Youll bring professional enthusiastic leadership each day; and contribute in setting our restaurants apart while maintaining a warm welcoming and rave worthy guest experience!

The Day to Day:

  • Champion a guest-first culture that celebrates exceptional food wine and hospitality
  • Collaborate with fellow managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations and performance
  • Lead all aspects of restaurant management including: Recruitment onboarding and training of team members Ongoing coaching mentoring and performance management; Scheduling payroll invoicing and inventory management; Vendor communications and ordering
  • Conducting Health & Safety meetings and ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain high levels of team productivity and morale through effective leadership and communication
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with guests suppliers staff and senior leadership
  • Clearly communicate the restaurants vision and expectations to the team and lead by example on and off the floor
  • Uphold and model high personal standards of integrity professionalism and ethics
  • Promote the restaurant and its values within the community and beyond
  • Support with other duties and initiatives as required

Qualifications :

  • 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
  • Valid Pro Serve certification required
  • You have superior verbal and written communication skills
  • You demonstrate extreme organization in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable work load ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
  • Available Weekends Holidays and Evenings
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada
