Job Description
- Enter into and manage partnership and alliances with Vehicle OEMs local officials and their dealers
- Hands on direct sourcing to increase retail finance share in the local EV market
- Manage monthly sales planning with partners and lead funnel
- Manage collection processes with partners and collection agencies
- Manage soft and hard collections
- Ensure fluency in local language handling local team and clients of the area assigned

- You are a proactive and independent person and are looking to take on independent responsibility
- You are good with numbers have an analytical bent of mind and are curious by nature
- You can work as an independent contributor with little/ no support

- You can converse easily with sales staff and customers in local language as well
Mandatory:
- Done Retail loan sales and collections for an NBFC for at least 2 years
- Willingness to travel extensively to engage the market
- Vehicle finance experience especially new or used commercial vehicles or three wheeler

1. Good command on English language, interpersonal skills and communication 2. Knowledge of RBI Guidelines on trade finance products, FEMA guidelines 3. Experience on handling inward and outward foreign remittances 4. Issuance of Bank Guarantees & SBLCs Inland and Foreign 5. Issuance of Import LC, document checking and payment 6. Export Finance Pre and Post Shipment 7. Export LC advising, bills lodgment 8. Inland trade, bills discounting
Education
