About Valuebound


Valuebound is a technology services firm trusted by enterprises and high-growth startups to solve complex digital challenges. We specialize in Digital Transformation CMS platforms and AI/ML-led innovation. Our clients include Fortune 500 companies and global organizations across sectors like BFSI Media Healthcare and Manufacturing.

As we continue to scale we re looking for an experienced Account Manager who will serve as the strategic point of contact for our key enterprise and mid-market accounts someone who can foster long-term client relationships drive revenue growth and ensure seamless project delivery in collaboration with our delivery AI and pre-sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management

    1. Build strong lasting relationships with CXOs business heads and key stakeholders across client organizations.

    2. Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing engagements ensuring high client satisfaction and proactive communication.

    3. Conduct regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and strategic check-ins with clients.

  2. Account Growth & Revenue Ownership

    1. Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and work towards achieving growth through upselling cross-selling and renewals.

    2. Identify opportunities to expand Valuebound s footprint by understanding client pain points and aligning our capabilities (CMS Digital Engineering AI/ML etc.).

    3. Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and pitch new solutions.

  3. Project Oversight & Delivery Collaboration

    1. Serve as the bridge between client expectations and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.

    2. Work closely with project managers solution architects and engineering leads to proactively mitigate risks or delivery challenges.

    3. Escalate and resolve client issues effectively and with urgency.

  4. Strategic Planning & Account Mapping

    1. Map key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations to understand business priorities and influence strategy.

    2. Stay on top of client industry trends and how they might impact the client s roadmap or create new opportunities for Valuebound.

  5. Operational Excellence

    1. Maintain up-to-date account health dashboards risk logs and expansion plans.

    2. Ensure adherence to CRM hygiene reporting frameworks and internal governance processes.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong client retionship and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including storytelling executive presentations and negotiation.

  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen and the ability to align client goals with Valuebound s service offerings.

  • High responsiveness ownership mindset and a proactive approach to solving problems.

  • Collaborative team player who can work closely with delivery marketing pre-sales and leadership teams.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

3 6 years of experience in a client-facing role within a technology services company.

  • Prior experience managing enterprise and mid-market clients (mandatory).

  • Proven track record in retaining and expanding key accounts.

  • Exposure to international clients (especially US-based) is a strong plus.

  • Understanding of digital transformation CMS (Drupal/Adobe/WordPress) AI/ML or custom product development services.

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or related fields; MBA is a plus.
