This is an on-site role based in Warsaw Poland with possibility working from home. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales growth and team members in Poland Hungary Czech Republic Slovakia the Baltics and Ukraine.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
TheTerritory Sales Manager(TSM)is accountable for sales revenue in line withtargets inthe person is a part of thedevelopment and implementation of the sub-regional strategy providing market input fromthe area. The TSM willfine tune the targetsandKPIsfor the sales team in co-operation with the sales manager throughout the planning person willhireleadand support the sales team inthe territoryto ensure that all sales efforts are will also workcloselywith the other functions that support the sales cycle such as marketingdistributionand sales engineering and to ensure a strong team-collaboration within the assigned person isatruebrandambassador for the businesstothe market.

Apart from above mentioned tasks the responsibilities of the role include:

Strategy & planning

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders(distributorssystem integrators end customers and technology partners)
  • Interact with clients indirectly through team or directly if capacity allows
  • Manageproject pipeline and handle project pricing within set guidelines
  • Provide monthly input and forecast including performances and other initiatives
  • Monitor processes that are in placetoimprove efficiency of theassigned area
  • Participate intrade showsandexhibitionsand drive follow up activities to get maximum return of sales

Building & leading the team

  • Coach hire and leadateamof peoplemade up of KAMs and ISAMs
  • Responsible for performancemanagementforthedirect reports identifying areas of developmentand learningfor individuals
  • Sets team goals/SMART KPIs and monitor individual contribution (performance) to the goals
  • Take decisions in complex sales situations andaddress conflicts and underperformance in line with our core values
  • Shares ideas and best practice within the team andthe organization

The role is part of an international organization and travel within the territory and to Axis HQ in Sweden will be considered a natural part of the job.


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We would love to hear from you if you have/are:

  • Degree in Business Administration or/and Engineering
  • 5years of salesand managementexperiencein B2B
  • Proven track recordof hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations.
  • Understandthemarketing landscapeaccountandstrategic planning and complex sales negotiation
  • Highly motivated proactiveand ready to challenge the status quo
  • High integrity and self-awareness able to professionally handle conflicts with customers orcolleagues
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and follow-through skills
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluencyin Polish and English language written and spoken
