Job Description -
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team for the USA region.
- Coordinate with clients over email and phone to schedule meetings follow-ups and resolve queries.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports dashboards and pipeline updates.
- Assist in drafting proposals quotations and agreements for clients.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (operations finance logistics etc.) to ensure timely execution of sales orders.
- Monitor CRM system for lead tracking data accuracy and timely updates.
- Support the sales team with market research competitor analysis and data gathering for the USA market.
- Handle documentation and compliance requirements related to sales.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Participate in virtual meetings and coordinate occasional in-person reviews at the Gurgaon Head Office.
