Job Description

Regional Sales ManagerLocation - To be determined based on candidates preferenceSalary - Commensurate with experienceFull-timeBachelors degree in science; Masters degree in business administration preferredClient Name - To be determined

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and direct our field-based sales teams. The Regional Sales Manager will develop and execute sales plans coordinating direct sales distributor and affiliate sales teams. This role is a key communication link between the sales team sales management and marketing. Reporting to the Assistant/Deputy/Regional Sales Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned accounts within their territory. This is a Regional Sales Manager role requiring strong leadership and sales expertise.

Who are you
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales
  • Proven team management experience
  • Strong leadership communication and analytical skills
What are you going to do
  • Collaborate with business associates and direct sales force to exceed sales targets.
  • Implement business strategies into plans targets and forecasts.
  • Achieve sales plan and profitability objectives.
  • Report on results to management.

  • Provide direction and guidance on pricing.
  • Give input on sales budgets.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure sales tools availability.
  • Coordinate participation in marketing events and CME programs.
  • Understand customer needs and market potential to expand market share.
  • Guide sales team to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer orders and deliveries.
  • Manage local inventory.
  • Work with Credit Control to manage receivables.
