Sales Associate Mike Terry Chevy Ford (Mexia TX)

At Mike Terry Chevy Ford were looking for motivated Sales Associates who are ready to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Our Sales Associates are the face of the dealership - guiding customers through their buying journey answering questions and making sure every guest leaves with confidence.

What Youll Do

  • Welcome customers build rapport and deliver outstanding service.

  • Answer questions about vehicles financing options and dealership services.

  • Direct customers to the right vehicles and ensure a smooth purchase process.

  • Achieve sales goals and actively contribute to team performance.

  • Maintain product knowledge on Chevy and Ford models features and promotions.

  • Keep the showroom and lot looking sharp with clean displays and signage.

  • Cross-sell and upsell to maximize value for customers and dealership.

  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism empathy and follow-through.

What Were Looking For

  • High school diploma (Associates degree a plus).

  • Retail or automotive sales experience preferred.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

  • Strong communication and people skills.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

  • Basic math and computer skills.
