Job Description
A digital marketing company based in Piet Malta renowned for its cutting-edge strategies and expertise in SEO and content services within the igaming sector is seeking an HR Manager to join their team. The company focuses on driving growth and enhancing visibility for igaming brands through customized affiliate marketing campaigns and data-driven approaches.
The role is primarily on-site with some flexibility for remote workdays offering a salary of up to 33K DOE along with an annual performance bonus.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies
- Oversee and refine recruitment and selection procedures
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
- Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Manage compensation and benefits programs in collaboration with the finance department
- Assist with payroll processing
- Handle office-related tasks
Skills and Experience
- Prior HR experience within the igaming industry
- Fluency in English (C2 level both written and spoken)
- Fluency in Maltese
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and compliance requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail
