  • 24404 per annum (pro rata for part time)
  • 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

Your role and responsibilities

As part of the Education and Learning Business Support team youll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our Elective Home Education service. Every day will bring new opportunities to make a difference including

  • Providing responsive and efficient business support to the Elective Home Education team.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the Business Support team to ensure services run smoothly.
  • Managing a variety of administrative and financial tasks with accuracy and care.
  • Being the friendly first point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and maintaining well-organised digital records.
  • Supporting budget monitoring and reconciliation.
  • Ordering supplies and processing invoices.

You will need

Were looking for someone who is organised proactive and ready to contribute to a supportive team. Ideally youll have:

  • Great planning and time management skills with the ability to juggle priorities and support others.
  • Strong IT skills especially in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook Teams etc.).
  • A positive customer-focused approach to service delivery.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and data protection in the workplace.
  • The confidence to work independently and take initiative.
