We are currently looking for an IT System Administrator/IT Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support and coordinate projects and other tasks in the IT Department for our company and our subsidiary.
Tasks
- Installation configuration and maintenance of servers and operating systems
- Ensuring system availability and managing the IT infrastructure
- User support: processing IT inquiries troubleshooting and managing users in relation to IT systems (Windows 11 MDM MobileIron Intune VPN Global Protect) and software (Office 365)
- Managing and monitoring IT projects in terms of time budget and quality
- Close exchange with internal and external stakeholders and regular communication with the IT department management and the parent company
- Supporting the creation of project plans milestones and resource management
- Identifying and proactively managing project risks and developing solutions to problems
- Ensuring quality standards compliance and cyber security with processes
- Preparing project reports and documenting progress and results
- Monitoring budgets and expenses and ensuring compliance with financial requirements
- Supporting the planning and implementation of changes during the project
Requirements
- Degree in computer science business informatics or a comparable qualification
- At least 4 years of experience in system administration ideally in an international corporate environment or with a project management background
- Basic knowledge in the use and administration of SAP (advanced knowledge is advantage)
- Sound knowledge in the administration of servers (Windows Server) networks (Cisco Meraki Switch Cisco Catalyst Cisco ISE HP Aruba Wifi) and with common IT support tools/processes (Teams Teamviewer)
- Very good communication skills in German and English written and spoken
- High level of personal responsibility and the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
