-ServiceNow certifications (e.g. Certified Implementation Specialist)- SQL (MariaDB).
- Experience with ServiceNow Remote Process Synchronization
- Experience with ServiceNow On-Prem instance implementation management and troubleshooting
- 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a proven track record of successful implementations and management
