Job Description
Reporting to the Director of University Admissions incumbent is accountable for the operations of the admissions coordinator team with the Office of Enrollment Management. Supervises day-to-day functions of counseling MUSCs applicants and application processing. Responsible for new and continuous staff training. Works in collaboration with Director of Admissions to improve processes and resolve personnel concerns in order to maintain a cooperative work environment. This position is responsible for and performs all duties associated with the processing of applications to their assigned program(s). Duties include data entry counseling prospective applicants and expert communication with college counterparts.

Minimum Requirements: A bachelors degree and three years experience in student services programs.
