Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will support the development and execution of internal and external communications ensuring brand consistency message alignment and impactful engagement across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement internal and external communication strategies
Draft edit and proofread content including press releases newsletters memos and corporate announcements
Collaborate with different departments to ensure clear and consistent messaging
Support in the planning and coordination of events and company initiatives
Monitor communication trends and recommend improvements
Maintain communication calendars and assist with project timelines
Ensure adherence to brand tone and voice across all materials
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications marketing or coordination role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in messaging
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
