Job Duties:
Craft implement and supervise systems to broadcast BMG Media and Publishing initiatives both within and outside-the organization. Responsible for the marketing project management and execution of our Media and Publishing communications framework. Responsible for the development and analysis of other efforts carried out by BMG and its partners. Through the analysis of data identify and assist in the development of upcoming marketing communication needs and pay a critical role in shaping the future of BMG. Maintain a cohesive and compelling narrative across all communication channels via social media website partner relations etc. Plan and manage team goals project schedules existing and new communications information for all BMG marketing efforts to amplify the organizations messaging and brand. Coordinate all marketing communication projects to execution. Engage in building relationships networking and partnering with existing and prospective partners and donors. Actively participate in project design discussions offering innovative solutions and enhancements as needed. Lead the strategy and creation of communication content across diverse social media platforms. Lead fundraising activities inclusive of event coordination. Identify potential challenges and devise effective solutions. Perform website design as needed. Handle the strategy of digital marketing campaigns and Google analytics. Collaborate closely with BMGs president and director on BMG marketing and communication projects. Monitor ongoing projects and guide the team to maintain workflows and deadlines. Manage project documentation ensuring all materials are up-to-date systematically filed and stored. Handle project communications by crafting and assessing project proposals memos and related documents. Liaise with clients to comprehend and define project requirements scope and objectives. Assist Studio team with video editing as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field. 2 years of experience in marketing communications project management community relationship engagement or a related occupation including experience in/with: project management software (Jira & Asana); CRM/data management (Virtuous Charity Proud & Airtable); Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel & Outlook); digital marketing (Search Engine Marketing (SEM)-Google Ads & Google Analytics); social media management (Facebook Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube Hootsuite & Facebook Meta); MailChimp email marketing platform; content management systems (WordPress & Adobe DreamWeaver); graphic design (Canva Procreate Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop); video editing and production tools (Premiere Pro Media Encoder & Final Cut Pro); fundraising (Fundraise Up Otego & OneCause); event management tools (Allseated & RunSign Up); volunteer management (MobileServe); volunteer communication (TextInChurch); communication and collaboration tools (Zoom & DropBox); eCIRTS; Oracle/SAP software/Concur; and Intellectual Property Management.
