About the role
As the Communications Coordinator you will support the development and implementation of internal and external communication initiatives within the Communications Media and Digital branch. The role will work closely with the branch team managers peers and other stakeholders to effectively deliver communications that support a positive TAC experience for clients providers our people and the Victorian community. You will also manage a small portfolio of ongoing initiatives including coordination and engagement with internal teams as well as supporting the delivery of various communication plans and events.
About the Team
This role sits within the Client and Provider Communications team within the broader Community Division. You will be joining a collaborative team with a diverse skillset who make a difference by contributing to and influencing a positive TAC experience for clients and providers.
What were looking for
Demonstrated experience in a communications (or similar) position
Experience developing and delivering communication plans and content for various platforms such as intranets email marketing software websites and basic design software as well as experience supporting events
Strong collaboration skills
Effective collaboration skills with the ability to engage with and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven writing and communication skills
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a concise accurate and user-friendly manner.
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
