Position: Communications Coordinator

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts
Salary: $28 $32 per hour

Job Description:
A Communications Coordinator plays a vital role in managing internal and external communication efforts to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice. This position supports the marketing and communications team by crafting content coordinating media activities and enhancing the overall public image of the company and its clients.
Responsibilities:
Draft and distribute press releases newsletters and announcements
Maintain and update internal and external communication materials
Coordinate with media outlets for coverage opportunities
Monitor and manage the companys communication calendar
Support marketing campaigns with strategic messaging
Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels
Track and analyze communication performance metrics
Assist in planning and executing public relations events
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field
12 years of experience in a communications or marketing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with digital communication platforms and tools
Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
