About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This full time permanent role will be responsible for overseeing and performing the maintenance and property support services at our Clinton Place community in Goulburn. The successful candidate will ensure that all buildings equipment and grounds are maintained to the highest standards in compliance with current regulations and BaptistCares quality standards. The role includes the below
Manage and perform both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of buildings plant equipment furniture fittings grounds and carparks
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant regulations
Work closely with the Site Manager and the Area Manager to deliver maintenance services with minimal impact on residents and staff
Maintain accurate records of asset acquisitions and disposals and ensure the maintenance of site vehicles plant and machinery
Manage and liaise with contractors tradespersons suppliers and volunteers to ensure all work is completed to BaptistCares standards
About the Team:
BaptistCare Clinton Place is a vibrant and friendly aged care community located in the heart of Goulburn NSW. Our facility features 66 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units providing a welcoming and active environment for seniors. Residents enjoy beautifully landscaped gardens a community vegetable garden and a BBQ area. About You:
To be considered you should have :
Experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
Trade Qualifications (preferred)
Experience with managing and working with contractors
Good Communication Skills
Strong knowledge of building maintenance plant and equipment.
Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Commitment to upholding BaptistCares values and standards.
Sound computer literacy in Word Excel and Outlook
Experience in CMMS preferred but not essential
Police Check and NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment purposes (essential)
