Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Location: Alexandria VA
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Description:
- Direct and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple plant buildings.
- Manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and optimize uptime.
- Ensure adequate inventory of critical components is maintained.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support seamless equipment modifications and installations.
- Inspect maintenance work to ensure compliance with standards drawings and safety requirements.
- Collaborate with plant leadership to reduce production losses due to equipment downtime.
- Evaluate and manage subcontracted maintenance services when necessary.
- Lead train and develop maintenance staff to ensure skill growth and compliance.
- Enforce GMP food safety and company quality policies at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
