Today: 10 people (Marketing Compliance Sales Operations Partners)
Growing to 20 by year-end
Role description:
Inbound-focused telesales (100% inbound no cold calling)
Targeting merchants interested in revenue-based financing solutions
Average deal size: 4050K loans (range 10300K)
Bread & butter:
Checking pipeline and Salesforce
Placing and following up on quotes
Closing deals
Coordinating handover to operations
Occasional partner meetings
KPI-driven:
40 calls/day (1.5 hours call time)
Average call 10 min fully phone- and email-based
Must adhere to regulated call scripts and compliance wording due to BAFIN requirements

Must haves:
Native German (mandatory)
Fluent English (internal language)
Ideally a second language (Polish or Czech highly preferred)
Not afraid of picking up the phone (high-volume calling)
1 year in an office environment (any industry)
Collaborative eager to learn and comfortable in fast-moving environment
Nice to haves:
FinTech or payments background (helpful but not required)
Experience in transactional sales

Salary range & secondary benefits:
Base: 4050K (can flex 35K for strong profiles)
Commission: 40% of base uncapped
125% of target: 10% kicker
150%: 20% kicker
200%: 30% kicker
