Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional for the role of Vulnerability Assessment And Penetration Testing (VAPT) at our Delhi location. This is a mid-level full-time position requiring up to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security integrity of our systems by performing thorough assessments and tests.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in vulnerability assessment techniques to identify potential weaknesses in systems and networks.
- Experience with vulnerability management solutions including planning prioritizing and addressing discovered vulnerabilities.
- Hands-on experience with TenableIO and Tenable Security Centre for comprehensive security assessments and remediation.
- Strong knowledge of penetration testing methodologies to evaluate the security posture of infrastructures effectively.
- Familiarity with Qualys and Nessus for scanning and identifying security vulnerabilities in IT systems.
- Capability to use Trendmicro solutions to protect networks and systems from unauthorized access and potential threats.
- Ability to analyze vulnerability data and trends to generate meaningful insights and reports for management.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex security issues to a non-technical audience.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify potential security threats across the network.
- Collaborate with IT teams to address and mitigate discovered vulnerabilities and ensure robust security measures are implemented.
- Develop comprehensive reports detailing the findings potential impacts and recommended corrective actions for identified vulnerabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest security threats vulnerabilities and best practices for prevention.
- Ensure all vulnerabilities are tracked and resolved according to the organizations risk management framework.
- Participate in security incident response activities providing expertise in vulnerability exploitation and threat response.
- Support the development and enhancement of security policies standards and guidelines across the organization.
- Train and mentor junior staff in best practices for vulnerability management and penetration testing techniques.
