Were seeking a hands-on marketing strategist who thrives on rolling up their sleeves and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns from conception to completion. This role is perfect for a do-it-yourself marketer who can both develop strategic regional plans AND personally create the ads copy landing pages and content needed to bring those strategies to life.
This is not a purely management role - youll be the one personally building campaigns writing copy creating digital assets and optimizing performance while maintaining strategic oversight of Crimson Global Academys growth across the USCA region.
Develop regional marketing strategy - then personally execute every element yourself
Write compelling ad copy for Facebook Google LinkedIn and other digital platforms
Build landing pages from scratch using page builders and optimize for conversions
Create presentation materials for webinars partnerships and educational expos
Collaborating with content team designers and the regional digital marketer to build comprehensive campaigns and content targeting the US market
Regional Digital Marketer - Theyll take care of launching and reporting on campaigns youll work closely with them to optimize
Content and PR Marketer - Youll work with them to find opportunities to create content that resonates with the audience
Regional Marketing Executive - Theyll be working with you closely to bring the regional strategy to life
USCA Sales Team
Youre someone who gets energized by wearing multiple hats and prefers to build campaigns yourself rather than delegate. You see the big picture strategically but love diving into the tactical details of execution.
3-5 years of hands-on marketing where you personally created and managed campaigns
Proven experience writing high-converting copy for ads emails and landing pages
Experience managing paid advertising across META Google Ads and other platforms (not necessarily the technical side)
Email marketing platform expertise
Content creation skills - you can write blog posts social content and educational materials
Analytics and optimization mindset
Self-starter mentality - you see what needs to be done and do it without waiting for direction
Creative problem solver who can generate fresh campaign ideas and test them quickly
Detail-oriented executor who ensures every campaign element is polished and professional
Data-driven optimizer who makes decisions based on performance metrics not assumptions
Adaptable communicator who can write for different audiences and channels effectively
Experience in education or online learning markets
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead scoring
Experience with webinar platforms and event marketing
A high-level strategy position where you delegate execution to others
A management role overseeing a team of specialists
A position focused primarily on brand management or traditional PR
