Once For All is a high-growth cloud-based SaaS subscription business. Our technology helps our customers to manage their supply chain governance risk management and compliance. Purpose of Role:
- Contribute to supplier retention by increasing customer satisfaction.
- Assess and verify supplier submissions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve issues proactively.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Undertake Health and Safety assessments and provide advice and support to suppliers.
- Accurately verify documents submitted by suppliers based on set criteria and agreed processes offering guidance throughout.
- Make outbound calls efficiently to:
- Request data updates.
- Provide additional information.
- Resolve issues escalating when necessary.
- Provide accurate responses to customer queries seeking clarification to ensure correctness.
- Maintain a high level of quality and customer service across all communication channels in line with company policies.
- Assist in delivering additional Health and Safety services as needed.
- Work within defined KPIs and manage personal performance against business and personal targets.
- Meet regularly with Team Lead to provide feedback and support the improvement of:
- Customer service culture.
- Response times.
- Tools and internal/external experiences.
- Support Team Leaders and team members with a positive attitude and commitment to high working standards.
- Collaborate with and support other teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Holds NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Associate Member (AIOSH).
- 12 years of experience in a busy office administration role working across multiple systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex documentation.
- Customer-centric with excellent listening questioning and problem-solving skills.
- Positive self-driven and results-oriented; works well in a team environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and quickly learn new systems.
