Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site implementation and training sessions for software products such as ERP CRM GST Export Payroll and HRMS.
- Provide hands-on support during the software implementation process and address client queries effectively.
- Ensure seamless integration of software with the clients existing processes and systems.
- Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from clients and coordinate with the development team to improve the software.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in on-site implementation excellent communication adaptability and trustworthiness.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- MS Word and ExcelCheck Version Installation Functions Data List etc.. Outlook SQL Database Joints Triggers Table etc. & Crystal Report is must
Timing - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Work days- Monday to Saturday
