The Role

As the Application Support Analyst you will provide technical and functional support for our Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system and all integrations including EDI systems. You will take a proactive approach that troubleshoots and optimizes application workflows while ensuring seamless business operations across our growing company.


In this role youll get to:

    • Serve as the primary contact for application support across departments handling user queries and technical issues efficiently.
    • Provide technical support and maintenance for Microsoft Dynamics NAV and EDI.
    • Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Collaborate closely with business users IT teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system functionality.
    • Manage EDI transactions ensuring seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners.
    • Provide guidance and training to users helping them navigate system processes and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain documentation including user manuals and technical support procedures.
    • Continuously monitor system performance proactively identifying areas for improvement.
    • Support the Head of IT in executing strategic projects and initiatives.


    What we are looking for in you:

    • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV with a strong understanding of role-based access and the User Interface (UI).
    • Experience with EDI including: transaction processing issue resolution and root cause analysis.
    • Ability to interact with business users across different departments understanding their needs and providing tailored support.
    • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and incident management.
    • Familiarity with SQL ERP systems and application interfaces.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.
