LOCATION
This role is based in Portugal. We have an office hub in Porto available for those who prefer a hybrid model where you can spend time with colleagues in-person. You will need to be able to commute to our office hub as required from time to time.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Paid Social Marketing Executive to support our social media advertising initiatives on Meta and TikTok platforms. This role focuses on driving web and app acquisitions through effective paid social strategies and campaigns management. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of analytics and some experience with app tracking tools like Appsflyer apart from hands-on experience in both Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Assist in developing and managing paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure ad content is compelling and effective.
- Monitor campaign performance and gather data-driven insights to contribute to strategy adjustments.
- Conduct A/B testing to help optimize ads and improve campaign results.
- Support budget monitoring and allocation through bidding methods to ensure cost-effective advertising.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media marketing trends and tools.
- Prepare regular updates on campaign performance highlighting key metrics and developments with the support of the Marketing Analytics team.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Be able to utilize tools like Appsflyer for app tracking and measurement of app acquisition efforts.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing channels is a must.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite TikTok Ads Manager and other similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of app tracking tools such as Appsflyer.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Creative thinking to aid in developing innovative social media campaign ideas.
- Exposure to mobile app marketing strategies is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of additional social media platforms and advertising networks would be beneficial.
- Experience with analytics tools like Tableau to enhance data visualization and reporting.
