Our client is seeing a Customer Support Coordinator who is mission-driven organized and customer-focused. This role will support start to finish all customer support tickets using Zendesk. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail quick learner and extremely organized with Zendesk experience. If you are passionate about having a critical role in resolving conflicts and shaping relationships with customers keep reading.
The Role: Customer Support Coordinator (6 month contract)
The Schedule: Remote within Houston TX. Working CT hours 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (30 hours per week)
The Money: $30/hour - $40/hour
