**this is a hybrid bilingual12 month contract based out of our Montreal QC location**

Votre apport:
Au moins 1 ans dexprience en services de soutien administratif dans lindustrie de limmobilier commercial ou toute autre industrie de services professionnels.
Une matrise de niveau intermdiaire de la suite Office y compris MS Word Excel et PowerPoint.
Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication verbale et crite en franais et en anglais
Dexcellentes capacits dorganisation et de priorisation des tches.
Autres comptences ou expriences (un atout):
Exprience en immobilier commercial ou rsidentiel
Intrt et aptitudes pour la nouvelle technologie (systmes de gestion de la relation client facturation etc.)
Connaissance pratique dAdobe InDesign et de Photoshop
Connaissance de laspect de recherche (taxes dmographie statistiques zonage etc.).
Ce quoi ressemble le succs:
Vous avez de fortes capacits en planification en organisation et en priorisation des tches afin de mener terme tout projet qui vous est confi.
Vous modifiez avec succs des documents juridiques (lettres dintention offres contrats de commission contrats dinscription).
Vous avez confiance en vos comptences de gestion et dorganisation dagenda Outlook dun conseiller (courriel et calendrier) dans la planification de rencontres avec les clients et leur priorisation
Vous avez de lexprience dans la coordination de prsentation pour des clients ou des prospects potentiels.
Vous tes confiant dans votre capacit maintenir une bonne relation avec les clients et vos collgues des diffrents dpartements (spcialistes des donnes de la recherche du marketing et des oprations de courtage).

What you bring:
At least 1 of experience in administrative support services in the commercial real estate industry or any other professional services industry.
Intermediate proficiency in the Office suite including MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
Excellent organizational and task prioritization skills.
Bonus skills:
Experience in commercial or residential real estate
Interest and ability to use new technology (customer relationship management systems billing etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop etc.)
Experience conducting research (taxes demographics statistics zoning etc.).
What success looks like:
You have strong capacities in planning organization and prioritization of tasks to complete any project entrusted to you.
You successfully complete edits to legal documents (letters of intent offers commission agreements listing agreements)
You are confident in your skills to manage and organize the advisors Outlook (email & calendar) monitoring emails booking calls with clients understanding priorities.
You have experience in coordinating projects presented to clients or potential prospects.
You are confident in your ability to maintain a good relationship with clients and colleagues in various departments (data research marketing and brokerage operation specialists).
