About the role
Responsible for leading developing and implementing comprehensive digital resources to guide nurses and patients to improve education and awareness about health risk factors conditions procedures treatments and follow up care for patients families carers health professionals and the general public.
Managing maintaining and updating web content on internal and external facing digital platforms.
Establish and maintain effective relationships/partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders obtain regular feedback identify priority areas identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
Provide outreach support to local regional and remote communities and vulnerable populations.
About you
Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Recognised post graduate tertiary qualification in a related field or willingness to undertake same within 12 months or equivalent relevant experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of digital systems with a proven ability to effectively utilise health technologies to improving service delivery.
Demonstrated ability to lead facilitate co-design and implement digital health initiatives and innovation that aligns with the organisations strategies and address current and emerging digital health priorities.
Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement projects and the evaluation of digital health initiatives.
