We are seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital transformation and achieve excellence in promoting Industrial Scientifics products and services while enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves leading the digital marketing strategy and driving continuous improvements in line with business goals. As a hands-on leader the ideal candidate will function as a player-coach for the global team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers committed to ongoing improvement andeager to leverage new technologies and/or methodologies.
Essential Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
- Lead the continuous improvement and evolution of global websites enhancing functionality user experience and performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify digital growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them including new customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Support the planning and drive the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as SEO SEM email social media and display advertising.
- Track analyze and report on leads Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) marketing pipeline and marketing-contributed bookings to evaluate campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- Develop A/B testing and other experimentation strategies to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates.
Customer Experience and Engagement:
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance customer journey and improve satisfaction.
- Use feedback and insights to create personalized marketing experiences and refine marketing efforts.
- Build and nurture online communities to foster brand loyalty.
Platform Integration & Data Management:
- Oversee the integration of various platforms (e.g. email marketing lead management CRM CMS social media management tools) to ensure data flows seamlessly between systems.
- Track analyze and report on key performance metrics (including demand generation) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of innovation rapid experimentation and growth.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to optimize campaign and project execution.
- Encourage collaboration across regions and departments to align marketing strategies with company goals.
- Manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and spending.
Qualifications:
- 10 years experience driving digital evolution and excellence for a B2B organization.
- Proven track record of successful digital campaign management and growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot Salesforce Google Analytics Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
