- Clinical Nurse: Ferguson Ward (Adult General/Detox and Eating Disorder Unit)
- Permanent full-time position: 76hrs fortnight

About You
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Nurse to inspire and lead our hard-working team.

Essential Criteria:
- Qualifications and registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in an inpatient mental health unit
- Experience in clinical leadership
- Demonstrate personal commitment to ongoing professional development
- Working With Children Check.
About the role
This role will involve but is not limited to:
- Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act & associated regulatory frameworks
- Acting as a professional resource and demonstrating broad knowledge in all facets of caring for patients to ensure the highest levels of nursing care.
- Supervising and supporting staff within the unit
- Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to function effectively in a team environment and willingness to support novice staff
- Participation in Quality improvement Programs in line with organisational and departmental strategic plans
- Display and promote the Ramsay Clinic Values.
Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent base annual salary ranging from $102387.90 - $108784.58 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)

Requirements
Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
According to the role Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
