Now Hiring: Retail Security Officer
Location: Auburn MA
Full-time & Part-time positions available on all shifts
Are you someone who enjoys helping others staying alert and keeping environments safe Join our team at the mall located in Auburn as a Retail Security Officer and make a difference in your community every day!
As a Retail Security Officer you will be the first line of defense in protecting shoppers employees and property within the mall. Youll provide a visible professional presence assist with emergencies patrol the premises and respond to incidents calmly and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of the mall interior and exterior
Deter criminal activity through high-visibility presence
Monitor surveillance systems and access control
Respond to incidents alarms medical emergencies and disturbances
Provide excellent customer service to mall visitors and staff
Enforce mall policies and support lost & found efforts
Complete detailed reports on daily activities and incidents
Qualifications:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including all shifts weekends and holidays.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Valid Drivers license
- Excellent computer knowledge
- At least 18 years old
Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting
