Payroll Specialist

In this role youll be responsible for managing payroll cycles supporting employee benefits administration and responding to employee inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Youll play a critical role in maintaining compliance ensuring data integrity and fostering positive internal communication around pay and benefits. This is an on-site in-person position based in Buffalo NY.
Responsibilities:
- Process multi-cycle payrolls with accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits administration
- Enter and process new hire enrollments terminations and general benefits inquiries
- Maintain employee data and documentation with a high level of confidentiality
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payroll and benefits issues
- Identify process improvements and assist with future system consolidation projects
Qualifications:
- 3 years of payroll and benefits administration experience
- Familiarity with payroll systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
