About:
Were seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a team of structural civil and drafting professionals in delivering utility infrastructure projects. This role oversees the full project lifecycle-from planning and design to execution-while ensuring quality compliance and team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering/drafting staff.
- Manage project delivery schedules and resources.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Resolve project and personnel issues proactively.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
- Drive process improvements and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering (Masters preferred).
- 10 years in utility engineering; 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with capital projects utility operations or EPC environments.
- Familiarity with tools like PLS-CADD ETAP SolidWorks.
- PMP or equivalent project management training (preferred).
