Profile : Sr. Product Manager – Co-Lending (School Finance)
Location : Mumbai
CTC : Upto 15 LPA
Experience : 3 - 5 Year
Join a leading private sector bank and drive credit policy & risk strategy in the fast-growing School Finance segment under our Co-Lending vertical.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage credit policies for school finance lending.

Partner with NBFCs/fintechs to co-create and launch credit products.

Monitor portfolio risk ensure compliance with RBI & co-lending norms.

Support digital journey integration and real-time credit decisioning.
Requirements:
-
3–5 years in retail lending (credit risk/policy)

Strong experience in credit policy formulation (must-have)

Exposure to co-lending/fintech partnerships is a plus
-
MBA (Finance) / CA preferred
