Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager – Solar Loans
Location: Pune
CTC: Upto 4 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
-
Drive business development for Solar Loan products in the assigned territory.

Generate leads and onboard new customers in the solar EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) ecosystem.

Conduct field visits to understand client requirements and pitch suitable financial solutions.
-
Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term business engagement.
-
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing documentation and disbursement of loans.
-
Track and achieve monthly targets for solar loan disbursements and EPC onboarding.

Stay updated with solar energy trends financing schemes government incentives and competitor offerings.

Ensure timely reporting of sales performance lead conversion metrics and feedback from the field.
Candidate Profile:
-
Must have prior experience in Solar Loans or have worked with solar EPC companies.

Strong communication and client handling skills.
-
Comfortable with fieldwork and client visits in the assigned territory.

Knowledge of solar project lifecycle and vendor ecosystem is a plus.

Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
