Position: Sales Manager – Home Loan & LAP
Location: Hyderabad (Kompally )
Organization: Leading Private Sector Bank
CTC: Upto 8 LPA
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of sales officers for Home Loan & LAP business

Drive sales through DSA sourcing and open market channels
-
Build and maintain relationships with DSAs builders and customers

Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of targets

Ensure proper documentation credit norms and compliance
Requirements:
-
Min. 3–5 years in Home Loan/LAP sales
-
Team handling & DSA sourcing experience is mandatory
-
Strong knowledge of mortgage products and local market dynamics
Excellent communication leadership and relationship management skills
